We were so lucky to hear Toni Federici's amazing story! 35 years ago, she started making beautiful wedding veils in her apartment. Imagine that! That small beginning turned into a booming business thanks to her hard work and love for what she does. Toni Federici is based in Mt. Vernon, IL, but her beautiful creations reach brides all over the world!

What really stood out was her passion. Ms. Federici spoke about how each veil has a name and a story, and it was fun to imagine the vision behind the pieces. We could really feel her connection to her work! She also emphasized how important it is to have an efficient team and to keep them happy. That's why it was no surprise that her team shared her goal of creating perfect veils.

Speaking of perfection, each piece is crafted with incredible attention to detail. Every veil goes through many stages, including a final inspection, to make sure it meets the company's high standards. Ms. Federici left us with a great understanding of her business and a high regard for her passionate attitude, but she did not stop there!
