Cherrish McCoy, a commercial loan officer for Banterra Bank, presented Business Plans 101 this morning. A business plan is an essential piece of owning a business and serves as a map. "You are the expert on your business, no one knows more about your business than you."
Capitalizing on her many years of banking experience, Cherrish went through how to bring the WOW when it comes to creating a business plan. CEO is all about bringing the WOW factor, so this advice will help our young entrepreneurs as they craft their individual business plans for second semester. In January, our group will participate in banker day to present their finalized business plans to secure funds for their business start ups.
Thank you, Cherrish, for investing in our program as a mentor and guest speaker!
