Day one of the Class of 2025 CEO experience is in the books at our new home base for the year the Rend Lake College Marketplace. We started the morning off learning the key components of taking a good group shot 📸

We welcomed Jefferson County CEO Board Chair Eric Black who provided an interactive conversation on the life concept of value. “If you can understand the concept of value in every single area of your life, you will flourish.” Eric walked the group through what value means and how giving value, being valuable and showing value are game changers in life. He explained that value is both a noun and a verb. He provided practical ways to add value such as being on time, showing gratitude and respect for others. Value is another word for service. A culture based on value will yield success. 🎯
